Accelerating the Clinical Lab 2.0 Movement

We are pleased to bring the Clinical Lab 2.0 movement to individuals and organizations in the United States and around the world through  industry meetings and conferences.

Project Santa Fe Foundation representatives will cover diverse topics that focus on how labs can evolve from a transaction-based cost center to a strategic partner of the health system, helping their health systems to achieve the Triple Aim in healthcare.

Here are a few of the many topics that will be discussed:

  • The distinct, complimentary attributes and fundamental differences between Clinical Lab 1.0 and 2.0
  • Lab’s value proposition as  payment models shift toward outcomes and risk-based reimbursement
  • Measure what matters - Define and measure CL2.0 value using new key performance indicators that align with system priorities
  • Critical CL2.0 aims, such as risk stratification of the population against the known prevalence of chronic diseases and to facilitate intervention earlier in the disease stage
  • Key strategic planning steps to operationalize the Lab 2.0 model while running a world class Lab 1.0
  • Key partnership opportunities that are aligned  with the changes in healthcare to help shape value

New presentations will continue to be added, so please check back for an event near you!
